Bookings

Appointments are confirmed by email or message. A rebooking deposit may be required for repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Health & aftercare

You agree to disclose any allergies or eye conditions and to follow the aftercare instructions provided.

Liability

Services are performed with care; however, WNK Diva is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
