Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with WNK Diva you agree to the booking policy below. It exists so every client gets an unrushed, on-time appointment.

Booking & confirmation

Appointments are requested through the contact form, email, or Instagram DM and are only confirmed once you receive a reply from me with a date and time. Please book new sets 1–2 weeks ahead, and book your next fill at the end of your current appointment.

Deposits

New full sets require a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold the spot, which is applied to the balance of your service. Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before any future appointment can be booked.

Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the following client isn't affected.

Fills & foreign lashes

Fills are for clients with at least 40% of their extensions remaining; anything less is charged as a new set. I do not fill work done by other artists without seeing photos first — a removal and new set may be needed.

Patch tests & health

First-time clients, or anyone who has reacted to adhesive before, need a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. Please disclose any allergies, eye conditions, recent eye surgery, or pregnancy when booking. Appointments cannot go ahead with an eye infection, styes, or conjunctivitis.

Studio etiquette

This is a private home studio, so please come with clean, makeup-free lashes and arrive alone — no extra guests, children, or pets.

Aftercare & guarantee

Aftercare instructions are provided after every appointment. If you have any concerns within 48 hours of your service, message me and I'll make it right. Beyond that, retention issues caused by aftercare, oils, or lash picking are not covered.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment. Services are non-refundable once performed; adjustments are handled with a touch-up.

Liability

Services are performed with care; however, WNK Diva is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
